topcoat applied over an electrocoat primer. This combination coating
offers the outstanding corrosion resistance and complete coverage
of E-coat with the multi-color flexibility of powder or liquid.

Therma-Tron-X has designed, fabricated and installed combination
coating systems for both OEMs and contract coating businesses. Our
SlideRail Square Transfer (SST) material handling system allows
for immersion pretreatment and electrocoating in a fraction of the
space required by traditional monorails. After E-coating and curing,
the parts are transferred to a monorail or power and free conveyor
loop for processing through the topcoat application and curing processes.
Monorail combination systems may be configured with both spray
and immersion pretreatment stages, while the E-coat and topcoat
curing ovens can be combined to conserve both floor space and heating
costs.
Therma-Tron-X can supply the environmental room for the topcoat
application, and will coordinate integration of booth(s) with the
conveyor system. TTX Environmental offers complete wastewater treatment
systems and reverse osmosis equipment to provide high quality tank
makeup and rinse water.
Therma-Tron-X also builds individual components - industrial washers,
pretreatment systems, ovens, conveyor systems and environmental
rooms - as well as programmed hoists. TTX Environmental supplies
all water conditioning and wastewater treatment equipment required
to meet process specification.
