The TTX Econ-E-Coat is a compact version of our standard SST
that is specifically designed for processing small parts when
space constraints are paramount.
Econ-E-Coat System
The Econ-E-Coat uses the same concept material handling system
as on the SST systems where hydraulic components are used to
advance loadbars to be coated along low-maintenance sliderails.
Parts, suspended from removable loadbars, enter and exit the
process stages vertically, allowing complete immersion in a
fraction of the space required by a monorail system. This greatly
reduces your tank charge costs, water usage and utilities consumption.
Each Econ-E-Coat is shipped fully assembled and pre-tested,
allowing your system to be installed and operating in a few
weeks.
