TTX Environmental Room
Environmental rooms enhance the performance of powder and liquid
coating operations by providing optimal conditions for paint application
and storage. Therma-Tron-X environmental
rooms are custom designed, manufactured and installed to meet the
most stringent requirements of high throughput painting operations.
Supported by a heavy steel framework, walls and ceiling are constructed
of aluminum skinned foam paneling with an R-14 insulation rating.
A unique snap fastening system ensures optimal efficiency while
metal halide or florescent light fixtures provide exceptional lighting
conditions for accurate color matching. Customer choice of booth
and reclaimation equipment are easily interfaced.
Therma-Tron-X environmental rooms
include air conditioning equipment sized to provide balanced airflow
and minimize overspray while maintaining humidity and temperature
conditions within tight tolerances.
