Thorough cleaning and conditioning are crucial aspects of any finishing
operation. Therma-Tron-X spray and immersion
pretreatment equipment provide the perfectly
prepared substrate for painting, plating and other industrial finishing
processes.

Pretreatment equipment made of stainless
steel construction eliminates corrosion and permits the use of deionized
water for ultra-clean rinsing. Multiple counterflow technology produces
rinse ratios that reduce water consumption by up to 99% and minimize
the effects of dragout. Slotted roofs protect conveyors from moisture
and parts from contamination by lubricants.

Therma-Tron-X also offers complete
water conditioning and wastewater treatment systems. Bath wastes
are removed for disposal - prolonging operational life, cutting
chemical use and improving process quality. Rinse overflow is recycled,
greatly reducing both city water and waste treatment / sewer charges.
