With today's stringent manufacturing standards, high
quality water is often a necessity. The Environmental Group of Therma-Tron-X
offers a full range of water conditioning products to meet the needs
of finishing operations and other processes which demand the use
of exceptionally clean supply water. The Environmental Group designs
and builds all of it's own water conditioning equipment to insure
that the customer receives the water quality that is required for
their process. Because we design and build our own equipment, the
customer can be assured that our knowledgeable staff can service
our equipment should htis be required.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) offers an extremely cost effective means of
supplying low total dissolved solids (TDS) process water for finishing
applications such as electrocoating, pretreatment tank makeup and
spot free rinsing.RO water can also
be used to provide exceptionally clean water for critical manufacturing
procedures and to prevent scaling when used as a medium in heat
exchange functions. Systems sized from 5 GPM to 100 GPM and more
are equipped with PLC control more efficiently regulate production
by offering more adjustable operational parameters.
Deionization (DI) may be more cost effective than RO in cases where
plant water supplies are relatively low in dissolved solids and
metals or when extremely high quality water is required for the
industrial process. When used in tandem after an RO system, DI can
effectively polish already conditioned water to the highest purity
standards. Other options forwater
conditioning include sand and carbon filtering, softening, dealkalization,
ultraviolet radiation, and carbon dioxide removal. Many of these
functions are included with RO orDI
units in a complete treatment system.
The Environmental Group engineers will evaluate your available
water sources before recommending the conditioning steps required
to meet your criteria for water quality. All equipment is mounted
on full stainless steel skids to minimize corrosion, and is pre-wired
and tested prior to shipment. Modular construction provides for
ease of installation and expansion flexibility, and can be interfaced
with existing microprocessor control networks.
